Moreover, it exhibits a permeation level of ≥ Level 4 for acetone and ≥ Level 3 for dichloromethane and 99.9% ammonia, ensuring you are safeguarded at all times.
Crafted for resilience, this protective suit boasts an exceptional abrasion resistance of ≥2000 cycles and flex cracking resistance of ≥50000 cycles. With a tear strength that measures warp ≥100N and weft ≥70N, it also delivers a breaking strength of ≥2000N and puncture resistance of ≥60N, while the seam strength exceeds 440N, making it a robust choice for demanding environments.
Designed to withstand fierce conditions, this protective suit is inherently flame-retardant and can be comprehensively decontaminated, providing reliable safety for each user.
Instructions for Use and Wear:
1. Ensure you have one to two assistants ready to help you don this advanced protective suit with ease.
2. To begin wearing the highly protective nuclear, biological, and chemical (NBC) suit, sit comfortably, then carefully insert your legs into the suit’s leggings and protective boots.
3. Pull the suit up securely to the waist. Allow your assistant(s) to aid you in adjusting the internal belt for maximum comfort.
4. Once standing, have your assistant(s) attach the SCBA (Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus) cylinder, help you put on the facepiece, and ensure the air supply valve is open. Be sure to rigorously follow the SCBA donning procedures when equipping the positive pressure respirator.
5. Don the back cover and gloves with precision.
6. Fasten the suit with care and make necessary adjustments to the placket to achieve a polished and tidy appearance.
7. Conduct a comprehensive inspection with your assistant(s) to confirm that the suit fits perfectly and is worn correctly.
8. During suit removal, assistance is essential to ensure a safe exit. Begin from the top (head) and proceed gradually downward.
