Working Principle:
The HG-RHZKF6.8/30 is a positive pressure self-contained open-circuit compressed air respirator. When the operator opens the cylinder valve, high-pressure air flows sequentially through the cylinder valve and the pressure reducer, undergoing primary pressure reduction to output medium-pressure gas at approximately 0.7MPa. This medium-pressure gas is then conveyed through the medium-pressure air tube to the demand valve. The demand valve further regulates the medium-pressure gas to match the wearer's inhalation rate, performing secondary pressure reduction. The reduced-pressure air then enters the full face mask, providing the wearer with breathable air. Meanwhile, exhaled air from the wearer is expelled through the exhalation valve on the mask into the atmosphere, ensuring that air flows in a single direction without any backflow. This mechanism ensures a continuous and safe supply of fresh air for the wearer during operation.
