The protective suit has a permeation time of >480 minutes for acetonitrile, carbon disulfide, ethyl acetate, n-hexane, methanol, 30% chlorine dioxide, 96% sulfuric acid, tetrahydrofuran, and toluene. For acetone, the permeation level is ≥ Level 4, and for dichloromethane and 99.9% ammonia, the permeation level is ≥ Level 3.
The protective suit has an abrasion resistance of ≥2000 cycles, flex cracking resistance of ≥50000 cycles, tear strength: warp ≥100N, weft ≥70N; breaking strength: ≥2000N, puncture resistance: ≥60N, and seam strength >440N.
The protective suit is flame-retardant and can be decontaminated as a whole.
Instructions for Use and Wear:
1. One to two assistants are required for putting on this protective suit.
2. To wear the nuclear, biological, and chemical (NBC) heavy-duty protective suit, the user should sit down and insert both legs into the suit's leggings and protective boots.
3. Pull the suit up to the waist level, and allow the assistant(s) to help the user put on and adjust the internal belt to a comfortable position.
4. The user should stand up, and the assistant(s) should help attach the SCBA (Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus) cylinder, put on the facepiece, and open the air supply valve. (Strictly follow the SCBA donning procedures when wearing the positive pressure respirator.)
5. Put on the back cover and gloves.
6. Zip up the suit and adjust the placket for a neat appearance.
7. Both the assistant(s) and the wearer should inspect the protective suit to ensure it fits comfortably and properly.
8. When removing the protective suit, the assistant(s) should assist the wearer in exiting the suit gradually from the top down (starting from the head).
